Right Hunch

Right Hunch is a free, independently-run hobby project for predicting sports match scores with friends. These terms are intentionally short — by using Right Hunch, you agree to them.

The basics

Right Hunch is free, for fun, and involves no real money, betting, or prizes of monetary value
You need an account (email + password) to use it
You're responsible for keeping your password secure
Don't use Right Hunch for anything illegal, abusive, or to harass others

User content & conduct

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users — including offensive names, league descriptions, or logos
You can report any league or user and block other users directly in the app
We review reports within 24 hours; offending content is removed and offending accounts may be suspended

Match data

Fixtures and results come from football-data.org, a third-party provider. We don't guarantee their accuracy or timeliness — if a result looks wrong, a league admin can correct it manually.

No guarantees

Right Hunch is provided as-is, run by one person in their spare time. We try to keep it working reliably, but we don't promise it'll always be available, bug-free, or that your data will never be lost. Please don't rely on it for anything important.

Changes

We may update these terms or the product itself as it evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
